Conscious Fitness Corporate Wellness

Your team, healthier every week.

Less stress, more energy, and a team that shows up for each other. We bring strength training, yoga, and nutrition coaching to your workplace every week, and you can try it for two months before committing to a year.

Here's what your team's week looks like.

Four touchpoints every week, so healthy habits get repeated until they stick. A single lunch and learn can't do that.

Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Monday Strength & mobility Coached group training, scaled for every level
Tuesday Office hours Two hours each week that employees book themselves
Wednesday Yoga class Stress relief, breath, and mobility with Jenny
Thursday Strength & mobility Building on Monday's session
Friday In the app Tracks, workouts, and coach messaging all week long
Every month a nutrition workshop and a team challenge to keep momentum up.

This is a sample week. Days and times are set around your team's schedule.

Strength. Yoga. Nutrition.

Strength and mobility

Coached sessions that build strength, energy, and confidence, and ease the stiffness that comes with long days at a desk. Every movement has an easier and a harder version, so beginners and regulars train side by side. Led by Bryan Bell.

Yoga

A weekly class built around stress relief, breath, and mobility. It gives people a calmer hour in the middle of a busy week. Led by Jenny Roberts, RYT 200.

Nutrition

Monthly workshops on eating for steady energy through a real workday. Practical, realistic, and no crash diets. Led by Bryan Bell.

Not everyone wants the same workout. That's fine.

Each employee picks the track that fits them and follows it in our coaching app, with workouts, progress tracking, and direct messages to their coach.

  • Strength Workouts in the app built for wherever they train: bodyweight at home, a set of dumbbells, or a full gym.
  • Running A structured plan for new and returning runners.
  • Walking An easy starting point for anyone beginning from zero.

What poor health already costs you.

Health problems cost a business in four ways. Sick days are the easiest to put a number on, so start there. Slide to your team size.

50 employees
$84,250 estimated yearly cost of absenteeism for a team your size, at the CDC's national average.
  • Sick days

Lost productivity from absenteeism averages $1,685 per employee each year, according to the CDC. That's the number above.

  • Slower days

People who show up stiff, stressed, or exhausted get less done. A Cornell study of about 375,000 employees found this hidden cost may be as much as 60% of what poor health costs an employer. More energy, less desk pain, and lower stress show up here first.

  • Turnover

Replacing one employee costs half to two times their yearly salary, according to Gallup. A program people look forward to gives them one more reason to stay, and it stands out in your job postings.

  • Health claims

Healthier teams file fewer claims over time. It's a long term benefit, and it shows up fastest for companies that are self funded.

Most wellness programs don't move these numbers. A 2019 study of about 33,000 employees found that online health courses with gift card rewards didn't reduce health care spending or absenteeism. That's why this program is live coaching four times a week, not modules people click through and forget.

One flat rate. No headcount math.

Pricing is set in bands by team size. A few hires or departures never mean renegotiating, and your monthly cost stays predictable.

Smaller or larger team? We'll set a band that fits.

Try it for two months first.

No yearlong commitment up front. The pilot is the full program at the full rate, so you're judging exactly what your team would get. Every month you'll get a simple participation report, so you can see who's showing up and how many people are active on their tracks.

  1. To start

    Discovery call

We learn about your team, your space, and your goals, then map out the schedule and tracks that fit.

  2. Months 1 and 2

    The pilot

Everything, from day one: classes, office hours, the workshop and challenge, and the app. Plus your first monthly participation report.

  3. Month 3 onward

    Yearly partnership

If it's working, we move to a new agreement for 12 months on a clean renewal cycle. Easy to budget and plan around.

Become a founding partner.

We're only taking on two founding partner companies, and that's on purpose.

You work directly with the two of us, not a rotating cast of instructors. Your feedback shapes the program, and your team gets our full attention.

Questions we usually get

Do employees need any fitness experience?

None at all. Every class is scaled so beginners and experienced people train together, and each person picks a track that fits them, including a walking option.

How do office hours work?

Each week there are two hours set aside where employees book their own one on one time with a coach. It's where people get personal answers on training, nutrition, and staying consistent.

Is the pilot a smaller version of the program?

No. The pilot is the full program at the full rate, so you're judging exactly what your team would get long term.

What happens after the pilot?

If it's a fit, we move to a new agreement for 12 months. Every partner renews on the same clean cycle, which keeps planning and budgeting simple.

Is this only for people who want to lose weight?

No. People join for less stress, more energy, better sleep, or just to move more during the workweek. Every class and track meets them where they are.

How will we know it's working?

Every month you get a simple participation report showing class attendance and how many employees are active on their tracks in the app. It starts in the first month of the pilot, so you have real numbers before deciding on a full year.

What do you need from us?

A room or open space for classes, and one person on your team we can coordinate with. We handle the coaching, the scheduling, and the app.

What if our headcount changes?

Pricing is set in bands by team size, so small changes in headcount don't change your rate or require a new contract.

Let's talk about your team.
